1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the EarnPulse application, website, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use EarnPulse.

2. Eligibility

To use EarnPulse, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use only one account per person
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from EarnPulse

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account using your name, mobile number, email address, Google account, or other required details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account with anyone else
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user is allowed to create and use only one EarnPulse account. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using different devices or identities to gain rewards unfairly is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, reward cancellation, or permanent account termination.

4. Earning and Rewards

4.1 How to Earn

Users may earn coins by completing tasks, offers, campaigns, app installs, registrations, surveys, referrals, or other earning opportunities available inside EarnPulse.

4.2 Reward Credit

Coins are credited only after successful tracking, verification, and approval of the task or offer. Some tasks may track instantly, while others may take additional time depending on advertiser, campaign, or verification requirements.

4.3 No Guaranteed Earnings

EarnPulse does not guarantee any fixed coins, task availability, offer approval, or continuous earning opportunity. Rewards depend on available campaigns, advertiser approval, user eligibility, and successful completion of required actions.

4.4 Offer Conditions

Each task or offer may have its own rules, such as required steps, valid device, new user condition, tracking time, coins, and approval requirements. Users must follow the instructions shown for each offer.

5. Redeem and Payments

5.1 Minimum Redeem

The minimum redeem coins may be shown inside the app and may change from time to time. Users can request redeem only after reaching the required minimum coins.

5.2 Payment Methods

EarnPulse may support payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer, wallet transfer, gift cards, redeem codes, or other methods depending on availability.

5.3 Processing Time

Redeem requests are usually processed within the time mentioned in the app. Processing may be delayed due to payment gateway issues, bank issues, verification checks, holidays, technical problems, or high redeem volume.

5.4 Verification

EarnPulse may request additional verification before processing redeem requests. This may include mobile verification, email verification, identity verification, payment details verification, or fraud checks.

5.5 Incorrect Payment Details

Users are responsible for entering correct payment details. EarnPulse will not be responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect payments caused by wrong UPI ID, bank details, mobile number, or other incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, automation tools, VPN abuse, fake devices, or modified apps
• Creating multiple or duplicate accounts
• Using fake information or someone else’s identity
• Manipulating referrals, clicks, conversions, or tracking
• Completing the same offer multiple times when not allowed
• Using fraud, abuse, spam, or any unfair method to earn coins
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, damage, or disrupt the app
• Harassing users, support staff, advertisers, or partners
• Violating any applicable law or regulation

If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, EarnPulse may hold, reject, deduct, or cancel coins and may suspend or permanently ban the account.

7. Referral Program

7.1 How Referrals Work

Users may invite friends using their referral code or referral link. Referral coins may be credited when the referred user completes the required conditions shown in the app.

7.2 Referral Rules

• Referrals must be genuine users
• Self-referrals are not allowed
• Fake, duplicate, or incentivized referrals may be rejected
• Referral coins are subject to verification
• EarnPulse may modify referral coins, eligibility, or conditions at any time

8. Tracking and Verification

EarnPulse uses tracking systems, click IDs, device information, IP address, app activity, and advertiser reports to verify task completion. A task may not be credited if tracking fails, the user does not follow instructions, advertiser rejects the conversion, or fraud is detected.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

EarnPulse may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Create multiple accounts
• Misuse offers, referrals, payments, or support
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to harm the platform or other users

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation, pending coins and balance may be withheld, cancelled, or forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, graphics, logos, text, software, features, and functionality of EarnPulse are owned by EarnPulse or its respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse any part of the platform without permission.

11. Third-Party Offers and Services

EarnPulse may display offers, campaigns, links, apps, websites, or services provided by third-party advertisers or partners. EarnPulse is not responsible for third-party content, actions, policies, delays, approvals, rejections, or service issues.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

EarnPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that all tasks will be credited or approved.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of coins, loss of data, redeem delays, rejected offers, tracking failures, or issues caused by third-party advertisers, payment providers, or technical systems.

14. Changes to Terms

EarnPulse may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the app or on our platform. Your continued use of EarnPulse after changes means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
