Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products and Services

Xenaro sells software services, SaaS setup work, Telegram bot setup, app development, campaign panels, affiliate panels and prepaid JoinTaskBot credits.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Payment was debited but the purchased digital credits or service order was not created due to a technical issue.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
• Payment was captured but the service could not be processed by Xenaro.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.

Cancellation

Custom development services can be cancelled only before project work has started. Once development, setup, delivery, or wallet crediting has started, cancellation and refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
